Shipping policy

Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for expenses exceeding €49.00, lower than this amount they have an additional fixed cost of €6.90.
N.B. During promotions and/or sales, shipping costs may change.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with SKINS GROUP and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to SKINS GROUP will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Orders for items that are already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods, delivery times are generally 2/3 working days, depending on availability. delivery could be longer.
The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

SKINS GROUP shipments are not insured against theft and accidental damage but it is possible to request insurance. If expressly requested, once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on wwwcurcicoitaly.com. in which the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.
